PROGRAM MANAGER

Qualifications:

1. Graduate of a bachelor's degree in any business course preferably
   Finanace/Management. A master's degree or units is a plus.
2. At least ten (10) years experience in commercial banking, credit analysis and/or guarantee operations.
3. Familiarity with electric cooperatives is a plus
4. Strong management and marketing skills
5. Above-average proficiency in oral and written English communications
6. Computer literate

TECHNICAL CONSULTANT

Qualifications:

1. Must be familiar with electric cooperative's operations
2. Must be a licensed professional Electrical Engineer
3. Must have practiced his/her profession for at least ten (10) years
4. Good oral and written English communications
5. Computer literate
   

FINANCIAL CONSULTANT

Qualifications:

1. Must be familiar with electric cooperatives
2. Must have at least ten (10) years work experience in commercial, financial or guarantee institution, or in projects involving credit/financial analysis
3. Graduate of a bachelor's degree in business or related course
4. Good oral and written English communications
5. Computer literate
